A personalized service, we offer custom sourcing in the event that we don’t have the perfect fit rug for you in our shop.
In this process, we’ll chat about what you are looking for in terms of size, style, color preference, & your budget needs. I, with the help of my trusted vendors, will search & find options for you & offer you a selection via pictures in email for your approval.
Once your rug is sourced & chosen, you will be asked to deposit half the cost of the rug, with the remainder being due once the rug is shipped. Please note that rugs are not guaranteed until the deposit has been made.
Custom sourcing is a non-refundable fee & will not be applied toward the cost of the chosen rug.
