Aged naturally over time, this Mahal is a great example of a hand knotted rug made to last. Low in pile, this beauty has a pale color palette with the repeated boteh (paisley) pattern. Said to bring good luck, the boteh pattern in the field is complimented by the corner spandrels in the same motif, but with an ivory background. Notice the number of borders! A really great rug, this Mahal will do best with a felt rug pad under it to prolong its life & to help keep it in place. A great find & value!
